Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. However, to ensure the smooth operation of our boat excursions and to accommodate all our guests, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1.⁠ ⁠*Cancellation by Participants:*
– Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled excursion date will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled excursion date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

2.⁠ ⁠*Cancellation by Atlantic Star Charters:*
– In the rare event that we need to cancel the excursion due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather or mechanical issues, participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another available date.

3.⁠ ⁠*Procedure for Cancellation:*
– Participants must notify us of any cancellation via email or phone call, providing their booking details.
– Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5 business days from the date of cancellation notification.

4.⁠ ⁠*Exceptions:*
– In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, we may review cancellations on a case-by-case basis.
